Less than 24 hours still drops, but say to 3-400Mbps. We had Cox and I could torrent large files all day. Lowest I was getting to the PC was 30Mbps. Letting it idle longer will drop the speed more. Restarting will fix, but after 24 hours, back down. I go from 900Mbps+ to 100Mbps after about 24 hours of letting qbittorrent idle even. The first step to identifying if your internet is being throttled is to run an online speed test using one of the many free speed measuring tools available online.
